We mostly ship with USPS please also include your P.O. Box number if you cannot receive United States Postal Service mail at your Street Address.
Around major holidays there can be delays in shipping on the postal services end, due the large amount of packages in transit at each Postal Office, we can not take responsibility for those delays.
Lost packages ARE NOT our responsibility because, unfortunately, while we know it isn't your fault, you have to understand it isn't ours either. we can't control international shipping. If you would like to upgrade to priority shipping (which is insured) or buy insurance for your first class international package please let us know, that would protect you against lost or damaged international packages.
Custom etched glass orders are not refundable.
Please check your package with in 3 days of delivery date for any mistakes or damaged items and let us know otherwise we will not take responsibility.
If you are unhappy with your item and would like to return it please let me know with in 30 days for a full refund of the item BUYER is responsible for all shipping costs. Please note item must be returned in same condition that it was received before refund is given.
